Article 1. Sales contract

The sales agreement is concluded between Flanders Inox BVBA and the adult client, at the moment that the order confirmation appears on the screen with the client. Anyone who places an order with Flanders Inox BVBA declares to agree with these terms and conditions. The buyer must hold a VAT number only business to business sales.
An order can be canceled by the buyer, within 12 hours or before our shipment of the goods, after receipt of our confirmation email, by sending an e-mail to us, firstname.lastname@example.org stating order no.
An order can also be canceled by the seller, for the following reasons: Error on website, no longer available from manufacturer, delivery period, quality problems etc. this will be notified by email.
Article 2. Shipping and pick-up options
2.1. Shipping costs

2.2. Delivery time
Belgium: Your package will be delivered within a period of 1 to 2 working days after receipt of the order if a standard stock item. If an article has a production term, this is always clearly indicated in the article itself. The package is always sent as a whole, unless the customer accepts the extra shipping costs.
Other European countries: Your package will be delivered within a period of 2 to 6 working days after receipt of payment. For an indication of the delivery term of your order, we refer our registered customers with their login and password to login on the site and follow their order.
2.2.1. What in the absence
In case of absence at the time of delivery of package goods by UPS, TNT, etc. you will receive a written notice in the mailbox. And your package will be offered again the next working day. Legal notice: In accordance with the law "buying at a distance" the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible, Flanders Inox BVBA must inform the buyer in good time and the buyer has the right to cancel the order, without additional costs. Any amounts already paid will in that case be repaid within thirty days.
2.3. Liability in case of delay, loss or transport damage
2.3.1. Delays during transport
The delivery periods set by us are purely indicative. Flanders Inox BVBA can not be held liable for delays incurred during transport.
In accordance with the law "distance selling", Flanders Inox BVBA as shipper is responsible for the shipment up to the moment of delivery. When you receive your package, you will receive an email from us. All our shipments are traceable by us. Contact us if you have not received your shipment within a period of 7 working days after receiving the mail.
2.3.3. Transport damage
Before shipment, all items are checked, and we also ensure proper packaging. The customer undertakes to check the order immediately upon receipt and to immediately inform us of any damage. This can be done via email, preferably with a photo of the damaged article. Never throw away the mail package until you have established that your order is in good condition. Return shipments
